James - As someone who has had to rely on state govt contracting funds, I can tell you, it's not fun. If you think we have a variety of opinions on this thread, you ought to take a look at a tiny department say, judicial, that can say hold everything up because of some local potentate who thought he wasn't involved enough in the process. Sinkhole is way too good a word. I'd prefer if there really are time deadlines, and I don't think we disagree here, that TAVA do what TAVA does best and teach some vendor to use the CD on the city and county govt. stuff when there is a lull in trade. Now if TAVA could get the DOD contract, well, I'd cheer. I don't know if dissent means one is a detractor, but I sure have a large number of my family in this stock long for a detractor with an agenda. Not the biggest shareholder here, but probably in the upper ten percent. fma
