There will be plenty of controversy over this.

I have read a little about this Executive Order 13083 and it sounds pretty ugly - Clinton signed it very quietly and it seems to give the Feds very broad potential powers - it goes WAY beyond the Constitutional powers given to the Federal government. It could be truly the beginning of the end of whatever freedoms we take for granted now. IMO.
