Justa & Thread: What to buy?

The sector is low enough for me to buy. On the one hand, I think litho and CMP are likely to be the first to climb, and I have to say, ASM and Cymer are looking pretty tasty at these levels. With their long order-to-delivery schedule, they will no doubt see the first light in a real recovery, as semi fabs will want to get their orders in place with litho outfits early. So I would imagine as soon as a big outfit sees demand coming on line, or has cash allocatable to a line-width upgrade, it will want to order the lasers and steppers. I'm thinking the front-end btb will recover first if the recovery is real.

On the other hand, if they get some cash in their pockets, I'd imagine (especially in Asia) they'll be looking at raising productivity as quickly as possible, which means yield management and maybe automation.

Anybody have any ideas? My basic plan is to be holding litho stocks when the front-end btb hits 1.10.
