Tom, which phone are we talking about? I thought the old Q is old story indeed. There were not much disagreement that it was a flop. Didn't QC stop making that Q and are concentrating on the soon to be releaed dual mode? Now if it is the new Qs that have a problem, then I would say QC and us shareholders are going to have a problem. May be Gregg P can enlighten us. Ramsey
