I did a patent search years ago..all were in his name. Strange, dillution to current shareholders is an implied ownership TRANSFER was made years ago..protection or some such I was told..no protection..Dillution FOR THAT...now a just cxause??? ? PS- I found my original file yesterday..Example of dillution is th Just Cause to seek: Inflazayme Pharmaceuticals Ltd ...IZP Nerxt Line: Shares issued 11,693,037 Jul 23 close $1.67 ( CN) Tue 23 Jul 96 ...Mics The VSE...blah blah blah.. BVut the next releaee within twoi weeks was the start of the seroius dillution, just like this weeks...4-6 million shares... he I re filed it, so my memory may need an upgrade...at least I got you this today...Take care all.
