yeah I rechecked the report. it doesn't say who or when in details it just says for a specific block of time.

it doesn't say that x number of shares were traded at a time, it instead says x shares were traded during a certain period of time.

It may explain some of the wierd behaviour where the price seems to jump then drop back down even they have no business.

I can't say as to its validity or not, but I was just reporting what i read.

Another thing I just thought of is perhaps they were giving numbers in pre split figures. they had a 1 for 6 and a 1 for 15? I don't remember exactly, but I know I declared my shares worthless on my taxes the year they declared bankruptcy cause my big investment was all of a sudden worth like $7

I don't usually give advice, but I can say for myself, I plan to purchase zero shares of tchp in the future. I would rather invest in SIVB for there at least its got a nice steady growth projection.

I have my own valueline subscription and follow that pretty closely. I made the mistake to buy tchp several years ago. If I had stuck with valueline I would have never gotten into it as they don't track it.
