<<I bought into a public company and it is my right to demand a return on my investment>>
I bought into a public company to hopefully make a profit some time in the future. If I wanted to control the timing of my return, I would invest in Government notes.
<< Now as stock-holders we have to decide why he chooses not to do his JOB>>
You seem to be overlooking that he owns a rather large amount of shares; as a result, I am sure that, as a stockholder, he has decided he is doing his job :-). From my vantage point, I view as more important to build a solid company, which is what I perceive he is doing (my opinion), therefore he is doing his job (my opinion again). Stock price will reflect that in due time. Your first priority is for him to boost the stock price to give you the return you "demand". It seems we have a different time frames on return expectations.
<<And I hope I am selling at the same time someone like you is buying, although I doubt you could buy as much as I own(g)>>.
If you sell when the shares are properly valued, I am unlikely to be buying (I like to buy undervalued shares). I am unlikely to buy more even at current low prices in order to maintain a diversified portfolio. I do think however I already own more shares than you do, Mike, (if I remember well, you may have indicated the number of shares you own in a past e-mail; as I view that to have been a private disclosure, I will keep it confidential).
We seem to be getting into a very mature discussion of the "mine is bigger than yours" type. Might as well stop here.
Cheers.
