What's the current stock structure after this acquisition? Justinstep has said (a while back) that there were 598,000 shares outstanding and 500,000 shares in the float. Has anyone heard how the $11M in stock for the new companies will be structured? If restricted, for how long. AAFG is looking good after a few bad years since IPO.
