penni, personally I'm not quite sure which direction the energy sector will go in the short term. What I do know is this... If my land is in that pile of possible acquisitions Overstreet and Uselton are currently thumbing through, the short term trends in the energy sector are likely to determine the price I will sell it to Mountain Energy for. If I were to see this sector starting to rebound, so would my asking price for x acres. In a nutshell... It is in the best interests of the company and its LONG TERM share holders that the energy sector remains stagnant till at least the end of the summer, so that the initial capital investment is primed to be as profitable as possible. JMHO
