When the takeover was announced, I was overwhelmed with joy; however, reality has set in now. I do not believe ISLI was advised very well on this takeover or they would have required a cash and stock deal or a higher ratio of stock of MIFGY. They have obviously underestimated the reaction on the street. I still do not understand why the street has priced the deal such that they do not believe it will be consumated. At this point, I would like to see ISLI back out or renegotiate the deal. I will certainly vote my 3,000 shares against the deal. With published earnings prospects of $.95-$1.05 for FY 1999 and an increase of sales in the 20-30% range, I can not understand why the management team is selling out at this price. I am still hoping for a hostile takeover by CA. If management can do no better for its shareholders, maybe Mr. Wang can teach them a lesson in value.
