Yes, really one should wait until the chart shows a nice bottom pattern to make major buys, but a few toes in the water doesn't hurt now in my opinion.

One doesn't know what the big guppies will do....one just knows that with their general IQ level, anything is possible.....the idea that the company is going under is beyond ridiculous.....but the panic creates big opportunities. God I love the market!
