Dear Scott: Thanks. This acquisition strengthens our Balance Sheet, in the sense that we will now have over $5.1 million in assets and close to $3.0 million in Equity. On a proforma basis,if they were with us since the beginning of the fiscal year(first six months) we would have had over $2.0 million in sales and be at a breakeven in earnings instead of a $324 thousand loss. The 8K will go to the SEC by the end of the week. Best Joe
