Carmeli provided few additional details, but sources at the company said work is underway to deliver applications--possibly running on top or leveraging PublisherXpert functionality--that will allow billers to present invoices to customers and receive payment without going through an Internet consolidator. In addition, Netscape is exploring whether it should partner with an existing bill consolidation company to provide services when its customers desire them. My guess...as stated earlier, it won't be MSFDC....and they will do it to increase and promote acceptance of the service to consumers & billers. What is that a confirmed rumor?
