TO ALL THREAD READERS Well ya got some "semi official support" here now. I have signed up as myTrack's Chat Community Director. Yes, I "represent" TDC and deal with tens of users every day in our very busy real time chat rooms. These chats are just one click away from the our monitor screen. NO IRC splits and lags to deal with. Stop by the chat rooms and say hi to the hosts. We will try to deal with every problem or pass along your comments to the TDC staff. the chat host team sends a report to the lead programmers almost every day. TDC is determined to make this program one of the finest around and the chat interface is your fastest way to get answers. They want the program to grow with your suggested inputs and so a few bugs are expected. The timely delivery of data and news, however, is one complaint that we receive very little of. The conflicts in video module are experienced by some of our users and the new Ver 1.8 will be targeted to eliminate them ASAP. I will try to read this thread once day.
