Oracle enjoys a solid balance sheet and is sitting on a pile of cash. When Larry decides to use these assets to buy back ORCL stock, the Godfathers on Wall Street will sit up and take notice. Until then, all they remember is their recent 29% bath in this stock ... and they got looong memories.

Big and bothersome question: why doesn't Oracle buy back some shares of its stock?
