P. Ram.

Ah, but look at the chart at the beginning of this month -- the quick price drop, the massive volume. That is NOT the way it's been for the past six months. With the recent sector strength, the chart looks exciting.

The sector is hotting up. Most importantly, the clock is ticking. The hype will soon be deafening. By this time next year, Americans will be terrified that the country may be defenseless on 1/1/2000 and Saddam Hussein will come marching into Washington while SCUD missiles rain down across the country unchecked. Al Gore will be planning to move back to Tennessee (Make no mistake, the Republicans are going to hype this issue to the limit for their own political ends. It will be one of the strongest cards they have to play.).

Before then the small investor's money will flee to the Y2K stocks because their brokers tell them it's safe. SEEC is undervalued and therefore looks like a good buy to such people 1.) at this price and 2.) compared to other Y2K companies. The factors gerald tseng points out only make it a stronger buy.

What does the chart say to me? "The powers that be will take this stock up -- unless the market tanks."

Turn off your computer and start planning your Y2K holiday on a deserted island. Your SEEC profits will buy you many hammocks indeed! All the best to you.

Cheers,
Bond
