WEST ORANGE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1996--Essential Resources Inc. (OTC BB:ESRS) Monday announced
that on Nov. 15, 1996 its wholly owned subsidiary, Collage International Health Pty, Ltd., entered into a contract with C.B.
& P. Pty, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Export Bases Development Corp. (Chinabase), to supply
Omega-3 oil and other fish oil products under the company's label, Mother Nature(tm).
Chinabase is a state-owned organization of the Peoples Republic of China under the direct administration of the Ministry of
Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
The contract provides for an initial order, valued at approximately $1.5 million, to be shipped in December 1996.
Subsequent orders of one soft shipping container per month is expected to result in approximately $500,000 in monthly
revenue throughout the term of the contract.
According to Phillip Cook, president of Essential Resources: "This substantial new contract with Chinabase could prove to
be just the `tip of the iceberg.' We fully expect this relationship will grow and prosper and consequently lead to multiple
opportunities for our company. Specifically, we look forward to introducing other Essential products into this marketplace
as well as to the possibility of sourcing or manufacturing unique Chinese products."
