Garry, thanks for your very timely post.
I have held Xillix for two and one-half years. My investment has gone nowhere. My attendance at the recent AGM did not instill a lot of confidence in the company, although its products look great. I concluded that the Miravant deal was concluded because Xillix was desperate for cash to continue operations. I was looking to sell my entire position today as a tax-loss strategy.
Although, in my opinion, Midland Walwyn's record is far from stellar, the Leavesque recommendation carries considerable weight with me.
I have decided to delay any selling for a couple of quarters to see if there are any significant developments, such as the promised doubling of sales by Olympus.
