Jim this may have been part of a "Strategic Marketing" move on Jenkins part. TAVA is performing Y2K work with Los Angeles County and there are hundreds of Companies located/headquartered there that may have a need for TAVA services and products. This may turn out to be a "brilliant" move on Jenkins part. Think about it; the only "Pilot Contract" that TAVA has announced since they stated that Pilots were a thing of the past was with the entire County of Los Angeles - this may be the dollar equivalent of a full scale factory remediation and TAVA gets great exposure as well. Ah, the price TAVA must pay for taking on "yet another Pilot" :-)
