I'm not necessarily saying it sucks - I'd just personally find something with less problems. There could be some rays of hope in there. A press release with stated intentions to reorganize and turn the company around is certainly better than letting it go all the way down the toilet. As for not doing DD - the first thing to learn is that YOU HAVE TO DO IT!!!! Many "SI Gurus" have led their flocks over the cliff. Use SI to get opinions and different perspectives.
