I agree with Sean on this (getting a major company box for relatives) 100%. Otherwise, there will likely be no end of headaches, calling with questions, etc. (some of which seems to happen in my case even when they do get a major box. I have had very good luck recommending Gateway and Micron in the past. Good luck, Dave
