Greg -- As both Tom D. and yourself hit upon, the dates I mentioned were purely notions, based upon rough recollections from various conversations over the past year. Mostly, I recall everyone speaking in terms of 60-day ranges for each item, so I elected to use the max. range in each case. As I said, if anyone has any insight to actual dates, could you post it.
