Don't short AOL any more. Currently, about 20-25% of all AOL outstanding shares were shorted, it is one of the most shorted stock in NYSE that means all of these shares will be bought back sooner or later. A lot of small retail investors who sold AOL short in summer were trapped, and now were busy on covering them back.

The fundamental side: I think the worst for AOL is over: they announced the new price planes, new accounting practice, new restructure planes and the bottom line costs of all these, institutions and small investors started to pick up or short cover this stock.

AOL is above 37, the near term resistance. We are experiencing the short covering, and will see more short covering and more short squeezing. People will cover the AOL short even at a loss, so they can get tax-benefit by doing this before year-end. This will drive AOL a lot higher.
