How huge is HUGE, Joe? How could a company receive revenue in a collaborative agreement? Both Carver and ATCO stated that it is a collaborative agreement and not a licensing agreement. I see NCII and PTSC as ventures that looked promising, and like any other ventures, are subject to a lot of things that can go wrong. A lot of companies fail when they are introducing new products, especially if the product is technology based, i.e., wrong pricing, outdated technology, inadequate marketing, etc. At least this time ATCO is collaborating with Carver to fully develop HSS. HSS is going to blow everybody's socks off once the product is rolled out. By the way, who is Jack Banks and were you one of his victims (a la carl a. mehr/Robert Vesco fiasco). This thread is not meant to vindicate victims of scam and hype. James Parker, I cannot make sense of what you wrote: "By the way I ask him how his unit worked outside and he said it doesn't work very well unless you have a back stop or a wall of some sort to bounce the sound off." This is not what I have read about the HSS technology being developed by Carver and ATCO. Regards, SunAge
