I agree that the Shareholders letter sounds like a stall. Same old info. But the other DD I have indicates that the deals (in fact) are very close to going through. I'd say next week or (at latest) the week after. When these deals close the company will be a VERY different instituion and the share price will reflect that, I am confident. You will notice in recent weeks that I have been rather absent from his thread because I kept hearing the same type of information. It had been improving but until the end of this week I was able to get the answers I wanted. I now feel more confident about closing these deals that I have in a long time. The closing of financing is imminent (IMHO) and the pretzel deals will be completed (IMHO) as will the auto deals. ALL deals are still on line. I believe the beginning of MISM's new phase is coming near. It looks to me like next week or the week after (at latest). Only time will tell and the proof is in the closings! later and long on MISM, leroyt P.S. Between my DD and the ridiculously low prices today I picked up some more shares. NOW, I'm ready.
