I certainly don't like hearing that PretzelMaker is now able to accept other offers. I was afraid of that. IMHO, that will be the next excuse as to why the deals haven't closed, some other company will make a better offer. I got the impression that the financing was done. This letter to shareholders sounds like the paperwork isn't done yet. Can't wait to see what happens.
