Spent whole day with DCGR,, office workers,, going through their books,, spoke with accountants auditing their finacials for scc going back to Jun 3 of 1995..
Saw their deli ,, skin and hair clinic ,,saw their share count from transfer agent,, spoke to their major share holders,, who are holding this from Power Phone shell of 50 cents to 2 dollars..

I see a huge volume went off today ,, and as it was being bought ,, large sells were happening too ,,
Several new items to be discussed,,, meeting with their scc lawyer,, franchise lawyer,, their MDs for skin and hair clinic ceo called 18 people for me to meet and ask what ever question I need to ask tonight ..
It will be hard for all 18 to conspire..
