Per S&P report:

"Since the beginning of 1989 PAP's aggregate annual paper and packaging production capacity has risen from 310,000 tonnes (metric) to 2.5 million tonnes and it BHK pulp production capacity has increased from 75,000 to 2.0 million tonnes. PAP's expansion plans are expected to increase total capacity to 8.9 million tonnes by 1999."

Looks to me you could have bought this stock around 11 and sold it at 16 twice in the last year and a half... even with all the problems in Asia.

And with the the new factory doubling capacity next year the stock could go right through 16 and much higher.
