Filing to sell is a normal thing....if you don't file, you canNOT sell. If you check on 144 you will see that they always say this....wouldn't you register early if you thought they was even a 1% chance you might sell in the future? Check out ALYA.....there are more than (30) 144 filings dating back to Dec 1998 and none have sold as far as I know
