First Call has 99 Estimates at $3.53. But this includes the impact of the so called agreement between the industry and the attorney generals last June. Yes, there has been accumulation by the Institutions here over the last few weeks. At the moment, it's a value play. If and when the smoke clears, I would expect some insane momentum on the upside. I wouldn't count on anything getting accomplished by Congress before the mid-term elections. Short term, in my view, MO is poised to move somewhat higher. On up days, the volume has been much stronger than on down days recently.
