All flags eventually end in a breakout, either up or down. In LCAV's case, the breakout could be coming. There is a minor double bottom formation forming with the first bottom in today.

Also, another test of $2.875 was made today, although with low volume. The second bottom should occur within 6-8 days. What is needed is increased volume on the second bottom. If this doesn't happen, we might be in for a test of $2.71875 (5/18/98 low).

At the present time all short and intermediate momentum indicators are in a sell configuration, does not look promising for an upside breakout.
