You are missing the major issue in terms of cost and the 3rd world. The cost of ANY system (blood, urine or oral) that requires a lab result ( which is true of both urine and oral at this time) is too expensive in these settings because of the cost of the lab results. Until Calypte, or anyone else, has a RADID TEST that goes into the field, these markets may express interest, but will not be likely to buy much in the way of product
