Speaking of Microsoftie, did you hear that they don't own the rights to the phrase "Internet Explorer"? Those rights belong to some guy in Downer's Grove, Illinois and he ain't selling cheaply. This week, MSFT sent it's usual horde of lawyers to toss the guy a bone, and he wants a bigger, better bone. According to the WSJ, his claim is valid, really valid. Microsoftie is now trying to claim that the term "Internet Explorer" can't be copyrighted/patented because it's a generic term, owned by all. Sorry Bill, but I smell big bucks here...
