I think she meant presarios. As you say, the consumer group makes products targeted at retail outlets. The commercial DeskPro products have features (built in network link, remote manageability, etc.) that most home users don't want to pay for, and do not have the goodies (integrated software bundles for a host of home uses) that consumers have come to expect.
