*****Shareholders Meeting ***** Here is the highlites of the meeting today and my impressions: - Shares in the float, 10.2 million - New symbol and cuspid # to change July 6th to ISSS** - New name reflects the business plan, pronounced: (eye-sis) - ISSS is one of 4 companies in this business - Wall Street likes this NEW concept of business - At least 2 more acqusitions b4 end of year - ANLT is a sister company of ISSS - One customer equals revenues for several years (kinda like guaranteed repeat business) - Mgt wants to move to Large cap listing... SOON - 3 brokerages are currently covering ISSS - ISSS has 85-90 employees - financing of upcoming acquisitions to be done by stock swap and/or Latenberg group. - They are looking at other exchanges to be listed on as well. I realize these are statements, I was writing as others were asking questions. There was about 20 shareholders present. The meting lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. I was impressed with the officers and there vision for the company. In the end they gave everyone a video that explains the company and its goals and objectives. It was very informative and lastly, I am proud to own stock in this company. If anyone desires further info, let me know Sly_
