What troubles me is that dvntf's investor relations didn't know about this. I called Dvntf to find out and the lady who answered would answer my question. She told me to call IRG and he didn't know either. That is not good.

I don't know how one becomes part of ncsa? If you know, how did dvntf become part of this consortium, and why the hell didn't the company put out a pr about this. That is, unless, if this just recently happened.
