ok, so you named one. But, regardless, that complex is a white elephant. The location is just one factor regarding the diffiulty of selling the complex. My point is that this complex has an unusually high relative value compared to BORL tangible book value, and I think it is carried at too high a value compared to what is really happening with the real estate market. It's been on the market for years, they are giving up trying to sell it - those are facts, not opinions.
