I only wish "ar" would visit us here on SI, and he could tell us what is wrong with the Ancor switch, and why the Brocade and Vixel switches, or personnel, are superior enough so that everybody who wants a switch cannot live without the Brocade or Vixel products. After this much time, if we can't make money, at least we want to know why? AR, if you are listening, we want to know.
As to insider buying, whether there is a "window" or a "blackout" period is up to the company to determine. Most companies having a window, will open the window for trading for a short period after earnings are announced, but this will vary from company to company. Shares may not be purchased by insiders while favorable news remains unannounced to the public, and shares may not be sold while unfavorable news remains unannounced to the public. |
