TT that makes a lot of sense, finally the arbitrageurs found the arbitrage opportunity I discussed here on the merger announcement (short REPT (12.5) and buy SEMI (which I already owned at 2-1/8). Can already close it at a profit, but I think that the spread will narrow to about 5% soon, and if one is agile, one can use a dip during the day to cover the short and use end of the day strength (toward the 4th of July weekend) to sell the long leg and even increase the profits on this arbitrage.
