MIFGY at todays closing price of 35 1/2, should equate to 19 1/2 for ISLI. One would think for the deal to be consummated, and receive shareholder approval, MIFGY needs to go back to 39 1/2. Personally I'll be glad to be rid of my ISLI shares. This stock has really been a dissappointment.
