Chris, PKGP share trading--

1. June 30th---Name change to Universal Express

2. July 1st---PKGP symbol changes to new symbol after the close

3. July 2nd---Trading begins on Universal Express with new ticker symbol

As I see it all shorts have a 3 day window (just basically shuffling of paperwork (there would not be any window if ALL shares were in certificate form and held by individual investors))

I have also been told by the SEC that the company has the final sayso as to how long old shares of PKGP can be exchanged before they are considered worthless.
