Jeez, didn't you even read the handbook? Norma spent so much time writing that thing, you know. Don't you think Norma has got better things to do all day than write things people don't read? I assume so. At least I would hope so. I mean... well, perhaps you have a point; I'll shoot off a memo to her and ask her.
