Freddie. The goal you stated is right on the money. The methods may be slightly less draconian than you described. It's called work on a number of fronts using the dripping water approach. I'm not a part of any of that activity but there are several people involved with much more clout than me.

Will we be successful? Don't know obviously but I'd put it in the better than 50% category.

Basically comes down to the following: "Do you want to own a lot of stock in a company that is not worth much?" or "Less stock that is worth a lot more?" If presented and packaged the right way you'd take the latter, right?
