Re: Response #1 to Message Board Post Re: State of FL Corp Info

Looking at the post, I have numbered each listing in order to refer to them. You should have a total of 18 listings. Please be sure to use the headings so that there is no confusion as to which item we are referring.

1. Corporate Detail Record Screen for Viking Resources International, Inc. (VRI) - It is true that currently the state records reflect VRI as "inactive" and "revoked for annual report". The annual report they are referring to is simply a state form that a corporation completes and sends in with a filing fee. This is an administrative function. We failed to file this report - an oversight, not intentional. The form will be completed and filed
first thing next week (week of June 29th).

2. Corporate Detail Record Screen for Juleon, Inc. (Juleon) - Juleon's original incorporation was done by Dan Erickson as the Registered Agent and used Leon and Julia Latham's home address because that was the correct address for Juleon at that time. Many new businesses start in the principal's home. This was the case here. At this time, Juleon is a subsidiary of VRI and is operating as a long haul trucking operation. Both Leon and Julia Latham
have extensive experience and background in the fiberglass industry and wanted to "convert" their business to that industry. Since their acquisition, the Lathams continue to operate the trucking business for cash flow purposes while they expand their research and development of certain proprietary patentable fiberglass products. More about Juleon in another response specific to acquisitions.

3. Officer/Director Detail Screen for Juleon - Same information applies. Leon and Julia Latham are both officers and directors of Juleon as is Dan Erickson. Erickson has a long time association with the Lathams. At the time of the acquisition, the decision to be acquired was made by the Lathams only, Erickson, as an officer/director of the company (VRI) acquiring Juleon absented himself from those board meetings.

4. Officer/Director Detail Screen - Viking Venture Capital Corporation (VVCC) This is the predecessor company to Viking Management Group, Inc. (VMG) which later changed its name to Viking Resources International, Inc. VVCC was started by Dan Erickson and Mark Taylor. This was the initial company formed to acquire or assist certain businesses. Mark Taylor was the original president of VVCC, later VMG, and ultimately VRI. He resigned from VRI in
early 1996.

5. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Motor Vehicle Remanufacturing Group, Inc. (MVRG) - The only connection between this company and VRI is Dan Erickson in that Erickson acted as the Registered Agent and provided financial assistance and accounting services to the principal of MVRG. This company has absolutely no business relationship to VRI. MVRG is now dormant. The question concerning whether Dan Erickson changed his name on 8/25/94 refers to the
item in this screen. "RA Name" is Registered Agent Name, which Erickson was. Across from that the "Name Chg: 08/25/94 refers to a company name change. MVRG was formed from an original company known as either World Auto or similar. We do not have any records to refer to as to the original company name. This was not something Erickson was involved with - the principal of MVRG handled the name change.

6. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Eco-Lite Systems, Inc. (Eco-Lite) - This is a company with whom Erickson has a previous association. This is a start-up company and Erickson assisted the principals with the details of incorporation, acting as the Registered Agent. This company is a candidate for acquisition by VRI at a future date. No further information can be provided at this time. If VRI pursues this acquisition, a formal announcement will
be made at that time.

7. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Viking Products International, Inc. (VPI) - This was a company started by Erickson to market a particular product in the RV industry. When Erickson became re-involved with VRI, he decided to close this company.

8. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Viking Recycling Inc. - This company was started by Erickson and Taylor to concentrate on recycling-related projects. It is no longer active.

9. Officer/Director Detail Screen - Viking Resources International, Inc. (VRI) - It is correct that Dan Erickson is an officer and director of VRI. As is widely known, he is the President and Chief Financial Officer.

10. Name History Detail Screen - Viking Resources International, Inc. (VRI) - The inactive status issue was addressed in Item#1. VRI's name was Viking Management Group, Inc. It was changed in October of 1995 at the suggestion of the Company's consulting public relations firm to more accurately reflect the Company's intended type and scope of business.

11. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Complete Contract Services, Inc. (CCS) - As with Item #5, this company had no relationship to VRI except in that Erickson acted as Registered Agent and provided CCS with consulting and financial services. This company is no longer active.

12. Corporate Detail Record Screen - VMG Leasing Inc. (VMG) - This company was started as a subsidiary to VRI in 1995 with the intention of handling the vehicle leasing that was anticipated for VRI and its subsidiaries, especially the vehicles required for the tire recycling operations. It is no longer active.

13. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Corporate Services Group, Inc. (CSG) - Again, Erickson assisted with the incorporation of this company and is listed as registered agent, however, he was not active in this company and should no longer be shown as its agent.

14. Corporate Detail Record Screen - The Viking Group, Inc. - Erickson started this company in June of 1996 when his involvement with VRI was severely restricted and he was unable to participate actively in the decisions being made by the board at that time. Erickson wanted to continue with the business he felt VRI should have encompassed. When he was able to regain control of VRI and began the restructuring of VRI, The Viking Group was dissolved.
Please refer to Items #17 and #18 for additional information about this company.

15. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Eco-Lite Systems, Inc. - This appears to be a duplicate of Item #6.

16. Corporate Detail Record Screen - Viking Financial, Inc. - (VFI) This is one of the consulting companies started by Erickson to provide the business and financial consulting referred to in other items listed here. There is no relationship between VFI and VRI except that Dan Erickson was/is a principal. This company is no longer active.

17. Corporate Detail Record Screen - The Viking Group, Inc. - Please see Items #14 and #18 also. There is no relationship between this company and VRI except that Erickson and Gerald Kuhr were/are principals in both companies.

18. Office/Director Detail Screen - The Viking Group, Inc. - Please see Items #14 and #17 also. When Erickson set up this company, he brought Kuhr in as a director, which began Kuhr's active involvement in the VRI business. Erickson also brought James E. Cheatham into the business. Cheatham now runs a publicly-traded company and has relied on Erickson for consulting and financial advice and assistance. A response to a board post concerning
Cheatham's comments about VRI and Erickson will be forthcoming.

To recap, only Viking Venture Capital Corporation and Viking Management Group have a direct predecessor relationship to Viking Resources International. Juleon is a subsidiary having been acquired by VRI. And Eco-Lite is a possible acquisition candidate. All of the other companies listed here were either clients of Erickson for consulting and financial services, or were his companies that provided those services. A conclusion can certainly be
reached that Dan Erickson wants his company to be named Viking! A bit of personal information: Dan's family is originally from Norway.
