Thanks, ~Jack. A good 5 to 1 in favor of the buys yesterday: 40.2k/offer vs 7.7k/bid. Wow! Two big blocks traded at the offer for 10k total. Here's something that I posted a few days ago that was brought to my attention by another investor. It would save a lot of argument and bashing. The Form 4 isn't required to be filed on the Edgar system. This is practically a direct quote from the Sec Edgar 'page of definitions' at edgar-online.com . It's an overworked system; so if Edgar doesn't file the Form 4, it's probably not filed. This may explain why Frank's sale (back in October?) was never picked up. Like I've said before, I look over the log everyday and don't see much selling. It doesn't matter whether Frank, Peter or Tom are selling because it never shows up anyway. Not to me. What bothers me is someone asking a question and getting bashed by someone who doesn't have all the answers. The way I see it, the more innocent the question, the more likely the person is an interested investor. On the other hand, the more innocent the mistake, the closer to G-d you are too, my friends.
