You AGAINST guys - what makes you see this as such a bad deal? Has not ISLI posted loss quarters a plenty during that past years.

The last 7 consecutive quarters have at least been profitable for MIFGY.

With one recent profitable quarter to ISLI's credit does ISLI really justify a higher price??
