I have owned this in the past, and sold for the issues I have mentioned. And the reasons are still the same, and the stock price is lower. Take a look at Elan, an Irish company that meets all filing requirements of a US domiciled company to see how others address these issues. And by the way the answers to the questions I have are nowhere on this board. Evidence, that is, and I will be glad to consider buying again.
