Danjo: Regarding your comment, "They not only wound up with a profitable co. they got paid millions for taking it. Shrewd." You are right that the Harrison's and Mims wound up with a profitable company but I don't think they planned it that way. Both of them already had profitable companies but they didn't get much cash for it (if memory serves, the Harrisons got NO cash). I think they found themselves in a situation they did not anticipate when they sold to AB&G and were forced to act to protect their own self-interest. In fact, it is Harrison's and Mims' self-interest of nearly 2,000,000 shares (locked up for the next 2+ years) that convinced me to buy in the first place late last year and has kept me hangin' on ever since. I am hopeful that my patience will be rewarded in the not-too-distant future.
