Anthony, With only 101 adverse effects reported out of 2.5 million Rxs, with some of these reports being duplicates, I think Viagra can now be declared a safe drug. Even if you consider that 2 million different people (rest being refills) have tried Viagra the % of adverse effects is a puny 0.005% of the population, in an age group that is well above 50 yrs. I like those odds. Good luck. Perry
