Keiko: Great articles-- especially the Connecticut one-- explaining the process. As an old Chemical Eng.-- it does me good to see the profession come up with yet another application of the use of malleable PE. It also gives new meaning to the phrase--"being up to your neck in sh--" .

The economies of scale ( if ITXX does grow by acquisition-- ie grow market share) in a labour intensive business like inserting this type of pipe are, I would assume, predominately in Marketing-- ie getting the work, and materials purchasing. I assume that because there will always be lots of competition ( the nature of most contracting via family owned, and therefore fiercely independent behaviours) that margins will always be thin.

The Net Rev stream will, I assume, be tough to grow in ratio to growth in Gross Rev.

Where am I going wrong?
